ERP Solution Lead

Are you an experienced consultant changing the ERP landscape of your customers? Or are you an experienced inhouse ERP Solution Architect or Project Manager wanting to boost your career?

We at Tarento see a lot of companies pacing their cloud ERP transformation journey from old legacy solutions. To cater to the rapidly growing demands from customers and partners we are looking to augment our team in Sweden. With an expanded local team, we aim to build an outstanding consulting practice, complementing our sizeable existing set-up in implementation and application management domain. We carry in-depth knowledge, well packaged offerings, and a plethora of success stories with over 100 customers and more than 400 dedicated colleagues worldwide.

Our ambition is to extensively increase our team in Sweden, starting with 2-3 senior consultants with hands-on experience from ERP implementations. Detailed knowledge of the entire lifecycle will be crucial; from early-stage strategic discussions with senior management to the final stage of UAT including performance testing, securing a successful implementation. Tarento has been around for over 10 years carrying a strong track record in IT consulting and services across the Nordic market, with a focus on retail and manufacturing.

The role involves collaborating with our sales team around business development and customer acquisitions. This could include providing ERP requirement delivery experience, facilitating workshops, bringing in new customers. It also involves working with our delivery center of excellence in India, project managers, ERP solutions consultants, managing customer projects from start to finish and beyond. With this being a senior position, you will also be involved in forming the strategy going forward as well as coaching your colleagues in different ways.  

What we are looking for:

• Proven track-record in all aspects of the project life cycle of implementing a cloud-based ERP solution, preferably SAP ByD or S4/Hana but other Cloud ERP-solutions are of interest as well
• Ability to qualify leads and collaborate with key customer stakeholders, working closely with the sales team building a pipeline of prospects and customers
• Deep business understanding and ability to transform processes, business and technology challenges and requirements to solution strategies, business cases and implementation plans helping the customer forward
• Business and/or consulting experience from preferably manufacturing or retail
• The right attitude and aspiration to grow, being a part of our journey becoming a leading enterprise consulting practice in the Nordic market
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Business leadership, project leadership and/or coaching experience is well appreciated
